If the coffee dispensing is not perfect, the Astoria Plus 4 You TS suggests the appropriate corrective measures on the display. This means that even less experienced users can quickly conjure up an optimal coffee experience in the cup.

Modularity is one of the key technologies of the Astoria Plus 4 You TS: Thanks to the separate steam boiler, the autonomous tanks and the electronic control system, each group works completely independently. In addition, each dispensing group has its own water reservoir, so you can set the required water quantities, temperatures and pressure and therefore the brewing time for different coffee blends. This always ensures maximum, consistent quality in the cup. If a group is not needed, the energy requirement is significantly reduced by "standby". The digital control ensures the optimal operating state again in 60 seconds. This allows sensible energy savings during full operation without any loss of comfort.

Automatic temperature control

The innovative technology of the Astoria Plus 4 You TS portafilter controls a heat regulator that combines maximum performance with the right temperature for each individual brew. At the same time, the system compares the parameters of each brew with the preset optimal values ​​and provides the information in real time via the display. This always guarantees the optimal brew in the cup, depending on the characteristics of the coffee used.

When work is not required, the machine automatically puts one or more groups into standby. If the groups are needed during operation, they are activated by the barista on the control panel and are ready for use at the set temperature in 60 seconds.
