Maintenance package for household portafilter machines

Depending on the order situation, we complete the maintenance service in approximately three weeks. During this time, we are happy to provide you with a cost-effective loaner machine and offer a delivery and collection service for your espresso machine. Our service packages contain no hidden costs, so you won't experience any surprises. If our inspection and testing reveal any technical defects, you will receive feedback from us.

What is a single boiler or multi-boiler system

Depending on the model, portafilter machines can be equipped with one (single boiler) or multiple (multi-boiler). Therefore, a multi-boiler system requires more maintenance for our workshop. You can find more detailed information about your machine type in the technical data sheet of the operating manual.

  • Example of a single boiler system: Bezzera BZ09, BZ10, Rocket Appartamento, Lelit MaraX etc.
  • Example of multi-boiler system: Bezzera Duo, Rocket R58, Lelit Bianca etc.

The process in brief - How your machine gets to us and back again

  • Book and pay for the service package (attach the order confirmation to the machine)
  • Bring your machine to our collection point or arrange a pickup appointment at your home.
  • After about 3 weeks you will receive your device back
  • For third-party brands, a longer delivery time is possible due to the higher costs (please note)
  • We will arrange a pickup or delivery date with you
  • The stated pickup price is for Hamburg. Pickup in the surrounding area (up to 200 km) is possible upon request for an additional charge.

This is included in the maintenance package

  • Replacing the seals on the brewing group, steam lance, lever
  • Replacing the tea water strainer
  • Replacing the shower
  • Disassembly of the housing and visual inspection, control and feedback on any defects
  • Dismantling components for complete descaling of all boilers and pipes (ONLY for maintenance service with descaling)

This is not included in the maintenance package

  • Spare parts such as pumps, solenoid valves, etc.
  • Age-related worn assemblies and components
  • Plastic parts and elements that show fatigue and break apart during disassembly.

Technical service for brands we distribute

For the manufacturers of home espresso machines we distribute, such as Bezzera, Rocket Espresso, Ascaso, VBM, ECM, Lelit, Quick Mill, and Eureka, we usually have the spare parts in stock or can procure them promptly. Repair times are typically approximately three weeks from the date the item is received and do not include any shipping costs for special spare parts. Our customers also receive priority processing.

Technical service for third-party brands

If you would like to bring in a third-party machine for repair, our trained staff will also handle this. Please note that each manufacturer and each machine has its own unique characteristics, which translates into increased service effort and costs for technical analysis and spare parts procurement. Please allow for a longer turnaround time than our standard service fee and a 10% higher service fee .

Due to the lack of spare parts, we do not carry out maintenance or repairs for machines made by SAGE, GASTRO-Back, or other fully automatic coffee machines.
