The innovative "Grind by Weight" function allows you to weigh the coffee during the grinding process, ensuring precise dosing. Simply set the desired weight, and the professional espresso grinder, with its integrated scale, takes care of the precise portioning.

The new Eureka ATOM W 65 commercial grinder impresses with a special grinding of the 65 mm steel disc grinder, allowing the grinding speed to be slightly increased while simultaneously significantly reducing the noise level when grinding espresso/coffee.

Grind portioned coffee ON-Demand

On-demand grinding, meaning portions of ground coffee directly into the portafilter, always guarantees optimal freshness when grinding espresso beans. The timer is set to the desired grinding time, and the grinder grinds for exactly the set time, so that approximately 7-8 grams of ground coffee end up in the single-cup portafilter or between 14-16 grams in the double-cup portafilter. In Barista mode, the grind size can be manually adjusted to achieve the desired result.

Espresso grinder - also for fans of filter coffee

The ATOM with GBW also comes with a filter coffee container. This holds approximately 150 grams of ground coffee, which can be useful when visiting family. It allows you to quickly produce larger quantities of (slightly coarser) filter coffee. However, if you're grinding continuously, you should take a break every now and then to allow the burrs (despite their 65mm diameter) to cool down. Grinding 100 grams of beans is no problem, though.
