One of the most important tasks when cleaning an espresso machine is to remove any milk residue from the steam wand after frothing milk. Even if you remove fresh milk residue immediately, dried milk residue can remain in the steam wand. Application of Puly Caff milk foam cleaner

Wipe the steam wand thoroughly and unscrew the lower part of the lance. Clean the thread, where milk residue tends to settle, with a sponge. Then fill a glass with hot water and milk foam cleaner and soak the steam wand overnight.
