Are you planning an event, street festival, company event, or private celebration? Then you've come to the right place! As a full-service partner for espresso bars, we offer the perfect selection of portafilter machines for rental, espresso grinders, coffee, tea, and barista accessories.

Services included in this offer are:

• Rental of a Gastro portafilter espresso machine (2-group, milk foam lance, hot water, fixed water connection)
• High-performance professional espresso grinder
• Knock-off container + tamper
• Duration of rental (from one day)
• Appointment by arrangement
• Self-collection and delivery by you
• (Delivery/collection can be booked through HOC Hamburg)
• (Barista service can be booked through HOC Hamburg)

Note on self-collection and delivery of the coffee rental machine

Although normal wear and tear is covered by the rental fee, this does not apply to transport damage caused by or during the event. Returns should be made in such a way that the machine is free of coffee residue in the portafilters and/or dirty milk frothers. This should really go without saying!

• Collection and delivery must take place on the booked days
• Pick-up and delivery by you (Mon. - Fri. from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Delivery/collection by HOC Hamburg is flexible after consultation

Optional services for portafilter machine rental

If you don't have the resources and would like us to deliver and pick up the equipment, no problem! We offer full service and can train your staff on the equipment or provide you with a barista to operate the espresso machines for the duration of your event.

• Delivery and collection in the Hamburg metropolitan region (approx. 25 km from the Hamburg center) by 2 of our service technicians
• Instruction of your staff in the use of the portafilter machine, espresso grinder and accessories
• Barista service on an hourly basis of 8 hours per day
• If you wish, we can also design our appearance neutrally and integrate it into your branding and presence.
