The Sanremo X-ONE high-end espresso grinder is an innovative, high-precision coffee grinder with a new concept for grinding coffee, preserving its full aroma and volatile compounds. The inspiration comes from baristas: keep the whole beans protected and grind the amount needed only when needed. Without loss of aroma, without wasting product, with consistency and repeatability. 1.2 kg double bell with independent doses to make two different types of coffee available.

Bypass system - 3 types of coffee in one grinder at the same time

The so-called bypass box allows a special grinding process to be carried out with a third type of coffee. In fact, it is a third, independent hopper that can be used for "single doses" and also for "ground coffee to go" (up to 100 g of coffee).

Design and technical precision - quick adjustments according to your choice

The X-ONE works according to your commands: you can adjust the grinding speed, the distance between the grinders, the weight of the coffee to be ground. Electronic fine adjustment of the distance between the grinders for quick adaptation to the respective recipe. Thanks to the extremely precise adjustment and an effective compensation system of the mechanical play, the fineness can be repeated at any time, even during intensive use. The grinding speed of 1000 rpm / 1200 rpm / 1400 rpm can be adjusted via HMI.

The 98 mm vertical flat grinders offer the ultimate in performance and durability for both espresso and filter coffee. The DLC-treated "Black Diamond" burr facilitates the dispensing of ground coffee thanks to the low coefficient of friction which, in combination with the special grinding chamber, reduces the electrostatic charge of the coffee.

Thanks to the inverter powered by 100÷250 Vac, 50/60Hz, the torque and speed of the mill motor are constant, even when installation conditions change. This makes the Sanremo X-ONE portable and usable all over the world.

HMI touch color display - Save your 12 presets

The Sanremo X-ONE is at your service. With 12 presets that can be set with the desired mix of speed, fineness and weight to best handle different types of coffee and meet all needs, from filter coffee to espresso. The menu allows you to constantly check and adjust the grinders, calibrate the scale (zeroing) and run the machine's rinsing cycle. The 4.3" HMI touch display in tempered glass gives you a graphic interface to keep everything under control. Thoughtful design for maximum visibility during grinding. When the grinding chamber door is open, the touch display allows you to adjust the distance between the grinders and the desired speed for bypassing, using customizable presets.
