Repair and error analysis for household portafilter machines
Receive a cost estimate (KVA) with a description of the fault and the expected costs
Depending on the order situation, we carry out the error analysis in around 3 weeks. During this time, we will be happy to provide you with a cost-effective loaner machine by arrangement and offer a delivery and collection service for your espresso machine. Our service fees do not contain any hidden costs and you will not experience any surprises. If our inspection and testing reveal technical defects, you will receive feedback from us.
The process in brief - How your machine comes to us and back again
- Book and pay for analysis package (attach order confirmation to machine)
- Bring your machine to our collection point or arrange an appointment for collection from your home.
- After the inspection you will receive a description of the defect of your machine
- You will receive a cost estimate (KVA) with the expected repair costs from us
- You decide whether the machine will be repaired at the expected cost or not
- The costs for the error analysis will be charged to the repair order
- For third-party brands, a longer delivery time is possible due to the higher costs (please note)
- We will arrange a pickup or delivery date with you
- The stated pick-up price refers to Hamburg. Pick-up in the surrounding area (up to 200km) is possible by arrangement for an additional charge.

- Spare parts such as pumps, solenoid valves, etc.

- Plastic parts and elements that show fatigue and break apart during disassembly.

Technical service for brands we distribute
We usually have spare parts in stock for the manufacturers of espresso household machines we sell, such as Bezzera, Rocket Espresso, Ascaso, VBM, ECM, Lelit, Quick Mill, Eureka, or we can procure them promptly. The repair time is usually around 3 weeks , this applies from the time of delivery and does not take into account any shipping costs for special spare parts. Our customers also receive priority processing.
Technical service for third-party brands
If you would like to bring in a third-party machine for repair, our trained staff will also carry this out. Please note that every manufacturer and every machine has its own individual characteristics, which is reflected in the technical analysis and spare parts procurement through increased service effort and costs. Please plan for a longer runtime than our standard and a higher service fee of 10% .
Due to the spare parts situation, we do not carry out maintenance or repairs for devices from the manufacturers SAGE, GASTRO-Back and other fully automatic coffee machine providers.
